On August 1st, 2007, The Ugly Pool Guy and We Fix Ugly Pools will be taking a simple backyard from Ugly to Awesome in under 16 hours.

Project to include:

1) Full construction of an in-ground swimming pool. From excavation to swimmable!

Features include:

YP Corp. Provides Shareholder Update

Dear Shareholder:

As we reported in our Fiscal 2006 Annual Report, on December 14, 2006 YP voluntarily entered into a settlement with thirty-four states’ Attorney Generals to address their inquiries regarding past marketing practices and bring finality to the process. As part of this settlement, YP agreed to suspend billing of any active customer that was acquired via an activation check until a letter was mailed notifying the customer of their legal right to cancel service and providing them the opportunity to receive a refund equivalent to the customer’s last two payments. That window of opportunity closed on February 28, 2007 and I would now like to bring you, the shareholders, up-to-date on what the impact of this action was.

In the months after, we refunded approximately $921,000. Further, we were not able to activate approximately 20,000 customers that responded to our last direct mail campaign. Beyond our control, several states Attorney General, in addition to their initial publicity campaign, embarked upon a secondary marketing thrust towards the end of February, which resulted in a spike in responses in the final days leading up to the February 28th cutoff.

Our customer base has now bottomed out in the low 70,000 range. With the implementation of new marketing strategies, we are again seeing growth in our customer base. Despite this decline in customer count, the company reported a profit in the first quarter of Fiscal 2007 and we have always said that we expect that to continue throughout the year.

In the next few days, we will be issuing a press release introducing our new threefold marketing program – “Triad Customer Acquisition Strategy” – which has been tested, proven successful and is scalable.

Paragon Properties, a partnership based in Carefree, spent more than $70 million to gobble up more than 900 acres of prime property south of the old airbase since summer 2005 and has christened it the Williams Trade Zone.
