The Peoria Film Office is premiering their first film festival March 1st – 4th.
The festival will feature celebrity and film screenings, film and screenplay competitions, and workshops. The event takes place at Harkins Arrowhead 18 in Peoria, AZ
Helen McCready, festival director and Peoria film commissioner, said the event is designed to showcase local talent and promote filmmaking in the city and the state.
The opening night will kick off with a screening of the director’s cut version of “Forget About Itâ€, a 2006 film that stars Burt Reynolds, Charles Durning, Robert Loggia and Raquel Welch, that was shot in Arizona. Read the rest of this entry »
