SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.–Spirit Finance Corporation (NYSE:SFC), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on single tenant, operationally essential real estate, announced the pricing today of a public offering of 8,425,000 shares of its common stock, par value $.01 per share, at a price of $11.85 per share. SCOTTSDALE – DMB Associates is trying to address concerns about its One Scottsdale project before the City Council hears its controversial request for extra height Jan. 16.
However, a project-delaying referendum threat looms.
