ProLinkExpands Roster of Courses Featuring Industry-Leading ProLink GPS System; Validates that ProLink’s System is Favored by High-Profile Resorts

CHANDLER, Ariz., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — ProLink Solutions — a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: PLKH) and the world’s leading provider of Global Positioning Satellite (”GPS”) golf course management systems and on-course advertising — announced today that it installed the ProLink system at a record number of golf courses throughout the world in 2006.

Last year 153 golf courses installed or renewed their lease on the industry-leading ProLink GPS system. These courses are located in eight countries including the United States. This marked the largest single-year expansion in the company’s history with over a 125 percent increase from the 68 courses installed in 2005. This has brought the cumulative number of courses that have installed the ProLink system to over 740 in the world thus far — outpacing all competitors’ combined installations.

More than 500 of these courses are equipped with media-ready systems to support the advertising initiatives being launched world-wide.

ProLink enjoyed impressive progress in the golf hotbeds of Florida, Hawaii and California in 2006. Some of Florida’s destination resorts choosing ProLink included Amelia Island Plantation (Long Point, Oak Marsh and Ocean Links courses), Ocean Hammock Golf Club, Longboat Key Club (Harbourside and Islandside courses), Turnberry Isle Resort, and Regatta Bay Golf & Country Club. In California, the Four Seasons Resort Aviara, DarkHorse Golf Club, Angeles National Golf Club, and Coyote Creek Golf Club (Tournament and Valley courses) were among those selecting ProLink over its competitors.

“The widespread expansion of ProLink GPS is a testament to the system’s unmatched benefits to both players and course operators, while speaking volumes about the tireless efforts of the ProLink sales and service force,” says Lawrence D. Bain, CEO of ProLink Solutions. “We have greatly enhanced the system’s graphics and functions to better serve golfers while introducing an advertising revenue-sharing program that makes partnering with ProLink a clear-cut advantage for courses.”

ProLink’s rapid growth in 2006 highlighted a year of key developments. Last year, the company unveiled enhanced ProStar and GameStar GPS units, introduced the pioneering ProFit program through which partner courses share advertising revenue, and hired former GOLF Magazine Publisher Christopher Wightman to oversee advertising initiatives as President of the new ProLink Media division. The ProLink system was also installed at such prestigious international venues as 2006 Ryder Cup host the K Club in Ireland and 2003 Presidents Cup site Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate in South Africa.

Among the high-profile courses and resorts choosing ProLink GPS for its robust player amenities and marketing richness in 2006 were French Lick Springs Resort & Casino (Indiana), Ko’ Olina Golf Club (Hawaii), Kaanapali Resort (Hawaii), Tuscany Golf Club (Nevada), Northern Bay Golf Resort (Wisconsin), and Little River Golf & Resort (North Carolina).

Last week, ProLink announced plans to buy its largest international distributor, Elumina Iberica, and its acquisition of the rights to ScoreCast, the golf industry’s most widely used tournament scoring system.     “ProLink continues to lead the way in product innovation, customer service, on-screen advertising and revenue-boosting programs,” Mr. Bain adds. “We anticipate continued growth in 2007 and beyond as ProLink distances itself from competitors in all facets of the business.”

Golf cart fleets are custom fit with 10.4″ high-resolution color monitors that broadcast vibrant, easy-to-read graphics of each hole. Throughout their rounds, golfers continually refer to the screen to pinpoint distances, locate hazards, navigate the golf course and to place food and beverage orders with the touch of a button. The ability to relay medical emergencies and receive dangerous weather condition warnings from the pro shop provides golfers with a full suite of communication tools.

From the pro shop, management utilizes the ProLink system to monitor golf cart fleets and optimize operations using fully integrated, Windows-based workstations. The precise locations of golf carts, color-coded pace-of-play status for each cart, as well as cart battery levels and other wear and tear indicators are readily available. Robust back-end reporting through user- friendly software yields a multitude of course statistics, all designed to raise the bottom line. Courses engaging with ProLink report pace-of-play improvements of up to 30 minutes per round, resulting in four additional rounds per day.

Food and beverage managers are able to post daily lunch specials and/or high margin items on the ProLink units, boosting sales by up to 30 percent. Event planners are able to maximize tournament and corporate outing revenue via the ProLink system. Through its ScoreCast and ScoreMaster software suites, ProLink units offer a  simplified-yet-comprehensive tournament set-up that allows for any format and for any number of tournaments to be carried out simultaneously.     ProLink Solutions also offers financial solutions through ProLink Capital for leasing the system, fleet expansions, or course improvements.
